The team here at The Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park in El Paso works hard day in and day out to maintain a hygienic and responsible atmosphere. There you can see how we are implementing a number of protocols curated to align with standards set forth by the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and the U.S. Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA). 

We are also proud of the fact that adjusting our practices to place a greater emphasis on the individual health of our guests will not hinder our commitment to the environment. Our enhanced cleaning protocols were developed with guidance from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the National Restaurant Association, and the American Hotel and Lodging Association (AHLA). 

Reimagining Quality Service 

There are many ways we’re reimagining what quality service means in times like these. Some examples include simple and effective efforts, such as requiring staff and guests to wear masks in public spaces except while dining. We’re offering contactless delivery for in-room dining and mini bar offerings, all of which may be customized to the guest’s preference. 

Guests will also be provided with a complimentary wellness kit upon arrival. This helpful aid to addressing the public health emergency will include a disposable mask, gloves and hand sanitizer.
